Phillip Linder was drawn to the justice system from a very young age. His father was a federal agent, giving Phillip the unique opportunity to grow up around lawyers, judges, and law enforcement. As an executive in a new start-up company, I was falsely charged with securities fraud and had my assets frozen by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
